The precision sheet metal fabrication services offered by Columbia Manufacturing, Inc. feature processes such as bending, bulge forming, deep draw forming, double action expansion forming, draw forming, expansion forming, folding, hot forming, hydraulic forming (hydroforming), punching, rolling, roll forming, and shearing. Capabilities also include assembly via bonding, rivets, or mechanical assembly. Columbia Mfg. features welding services such as spot, seam, plasma, MIG, TIG, robotic, resistance, and projection welds.

We have the capacity to handle titanium assemblies, nose cone assemblies, strut assemblies, and aircraft assemblies and components. Working with materials up to .250" in thickness, and maximum sheet metal width of 48", and lengths up to 120" enables Columbia Mfg. to fabricate complex assemblies and components for a wide range of industries.
